Air Jordan '2012' Deluxe Edition

via streething.
This year's edition of the signature Air Jordan sneaker evolves 2011's modular theme, allowing the user to choose from two different types of inner booties and three kinds of insoles to suit their basketball playing style.
Yes, there is a normal version without all the bells and whistles, but the extra cost  (around 1/5th more of the normal version's retail price) will get you six different possible combinations to ball in as well as the fancy triple decker packaging.
The outer boot of the kit will probably be the most important to many Jordan fans, as essentially it defines the whole look and feel of the shoes. This year, part of the inspiration apparently comes from dress shoe aesthetics, which explains the brogue-esque holes dotted around the kicks. Apart from that, the other most notable aspect is the use Flywire tech criss-crossing around the shoes. Honestly, dress shoe inspired or not, these really aren't kicks that we would wear off court, but for the intended purposes they're great!
The choice of two inner booties allows players to choose between better ankle support or more flexible movement. After that, the three different types of sole units will provide the appropriate cushioning depending on the playing style:
Fly Through (Orange) - Full length encapsulated Air unit.
Fly Over (Blue) - Zoom unit in the forefoot and encapsulated Air unit in the heel.
Fly Around (Green) - Zoom unit in the heel.
If you're looking for some new kicks to ball in or just want to add these to your AJ collection, then head over to Limited Edt to try them out!
The Air Jordan 2012 is available now at Limited Edt stores across Singapore at SGD319 for the Deluxe version and SGD269 for the standard version.
