The Brand Journalists association of Nigeria (BJAN) would on March 15th
2016 host the CONSUMER RIGHTS DAY with a symposium targeted at discussing
relevant and immediate pressing issues affecting consumers with a bias for the
Nigerian market.
The
Consumers Right Day is an annual global event designed to beam the searchlight
on issues affecting consumers globally and ways to tackle it with innovative
solutions.
The 4th
in the series hosted by BJAN, it has become an annual gathering of stakeholders
in the marketing communications sector in Nigeria, According the Chairman of
BJAN Mr Goddie Ofose, the seminar is being organised as part of BJAN’s contribution to join the rest of the global
community to deepen discussions on issues affecting CONSUMERS/CUSTOMERS with particular focus on the relationship
between banks and Nigerian consumers/customers.
Expected to Chair the
event is the Chairman of TPT International Mr Tokunbo Modupe other faculties expected are
representatives
from CBN, UBA, GTBank, Zenith Bank, Union Bank, Consumer Protection Council
(CPC) and Consumer Advocacy Foundation of Nigeria (CAFON).Major brands have signed up to be
part of this great event The event is scheduled to hold on TUESDAY, MARCH 15, 2016 at the WHITE HOUSE
HOTEL, 31, JOEL OGUNNAIKE STREET, GRA, IKEJA, LAGOS, by 10:00 am.
