... First Nigerian Brand and Marketing Communications Advertising News Magazine to berth in Canada.Brandmatters News Magazine, which tagline is ' communicating brand ideas ' recently went international when it unveiled its 15th edition in Montreal, Quebec, Canada during the 104th Lions Clubs International Convention.
This bold move makes it the first and only Brand and Marketing Communications and Advertising News Magazine to take its publication outside the shores of Nigeria thereby creating that international touch.
According to the Publisher/CEO Brandmatters Magazine, Blessing Uzoamaka Umebali, who is also a staunch member of the association under Ikeja Metro Lions Club International, District 404B2 Nigeria, the magazine used the opportunity to cover the convention.
Not less than 300 copies of the magazine was taken to Canada for the historic unveiling event which was well received by attendees.
She revealed that the essence of the move was to create that international touch thereby connecting Nigerians abroad , in Canada precisely with top brands in Nigeria.
"Aside the unveiling in Canada, we also covered the event along the line of meeting our core values. We are committed to providing brands readership opportunity to clients and prospective clients, increase brands presence and marketability of brands products/services," she submitted.
During the event, the Lions Clubs International President, Brian Sheehan, announced his theme, Together we Can, for the Lions Service Year and objective behind it.
In his remark the president said, " Together We Can,
Each of us can do so much good on our own, but Together We Can make the impossible, possible."
Stressing that this is so because to accomplish big things, we all need to roll up our sleeves and do our part. In so doing he noted that together, we can make our communities—and the world—a better place for all people.
