Adisa steps into this role with an impressive legacy, being the first West African to serve on the prestigious Cannes Lions jury in 2018. His extensive experience and visionary approach are anticipated to drive the AAAN to new heights, building on the strong foundation established by his predecessors.

His leadership is expected to amplify the influence and competitiveness of Nigerian advertising on both regional and global stages.
Adisa's career in advertising spans over three decades, beginning in 1990 at MC&A: Saatchi & Saatchi, Lagos, where he started as a Trainee Copywriter and swiftly advanced to Copy Group Head by 1994. He further honed his skills at Rosabel Advertising and Franchise Communications before joining Insight-Grey in 1997, eventually leaving as an Associate Creative Director in 2003. He then served as Creative Director at TBWA\Concept until 2008, when he founded Noah’s Ark Communications.
Under his leadership, Noah’s Ark has become a powerhouse in the Nigerian advertising industry, known for its innovative campaigns and strategic insights. The agency has expanded into a group that includes Integrated Indigo (PR), The Red Wolf Company (Creative Digital), Underdog Productions (Content/Production), and Media Mast (Media Independent).
Beyond his professional achievements, Adisa is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of creatives in Nigeria. He has served as Chairman of the Lagos Advertising & Ideas Festival (LAIF) Management Board and has been prominent on the international scene, including roles such as President of the Heritage Jury at the debut Pitcher Awards and jury member at the African Cristals Festival in 2016. His international acclaim continued with his historic Cannes jury duty in 2018, followed by jury roles at the Loeries in South Africa from 2019 to 2021. He also served as a mentor in the Loeries Students Portfolio Boot Camp in 2020 and is a member of the Loeries Committee, South Africa, one of the leading creative awards in Africa and the Middle East.
Adisa holds a Combined Honours degree in Linguistics and English from the University of Ilorin. He has also enhanced his knowledge through executive programs at the School of Media and Communication, Pan Atlantic University, Lagos, and the London Business School.
